Getting Started
PushPilot connects your WordPress environments so you can push and pull files and database changes safely between local, staging, and production.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.9+
- PHP 7.4+ (8.x recommended)
- MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
Install on each environment
- Purchase a license at pushpilotplugin.com/pricing (account required) or install the free build from WordPress.org.
- Upload the
pushpilotfolder to/wp-content/plugins/and activate. - Go to Env Sync → Environments and note this site's API URL, key, and secret.
- On your other server, add this site as a remote environment using those credentials.
First sync
- Open Env Sync → Sync Wizard
- Select the remote environment
- Choose Push or Pull
- Pick components (themes, plugins, database, etc.)
- Review the diff — uncheck anything you do not want
- Confirm and watch live progress

License activation
Paid tiers: Settings → License → enter key from your account dashboard.
